주식회사 러브앤피스83(이하 "회사")은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 제공하는 Reading Your Love 서비스(이하 "서비스")에서 수집하는 개인정보의 처리 방법과 이용자의 권리를 설명합니다.

제2조 (수집하는 개인정보 항목)

2.1 계정 정보

이메일 주소
비밀번호 (Supabase Auth를 통해 암호화 저장)
소셜 로그인 제공자 ID (카카오, 애플 로그인 이용 시)

2.2 프로필 정보

닉네임
성별
출생 날짜, 시간, 출생지 (리딩 콘텐츠 생성에 사용)

2.3 상대방 정보 (일부 리딩에 한함)

닉네임
성별
문의 대상의 출생 날짜, 시간, 출생지

2.4 결제 정보

결제 금액 및 가상 재화(당근) 거래 내역
결제 처리는 토스페이먼츠가 담당하며, 회사는 카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 직접 저장하지 않습니다.

2.5 서비스 이용 기록

리딩 세션 이력
서비스 이용 로그 (서비스 개선 목적)

제3조 (개인정보의 이용 목적)

회사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음 목적으로 이용합니다.

서비스 제공 및 개인화된 리딩 콘텐츠 생성
결제 처리 및 가상 재화(당근) 관리
계정 관련 알림 발송 (이메일 인증 등)
서비스 개선
법적 의무 이행

회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하지 않습니다.

제4조 (개인정보의 저장 및 보호)

4.1 이용자의 데이터는 Supabase(미국)가 운영하는 서버에 저장됩니다. 서비스를 이용함으로써 이용자는 미국으로의 데이터 이전 및 저장에 동의합니다.

4.2 회사는 개인정보의 무단 접근, 분실, 공개로부터 보호하기 위한 합리적인 기술적·관리적 조치를 시행합니다.

제5조 (개인정보 처리 위탁)

회사는 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 보유 및 파기)

이용자의 개인정보는 계정이 활성 상태인 동안 보유합니다. 계정 삭제 요청 시 30일 이내에 개인정보를 삭제합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보유합니다.

제7조 (이용자의 권리)

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

열람: 보유한 개인정보에 대한 사본 요청
정정: 부정확한 개인정보 수정 요청
삭제: 계정 및 관련 데이터 삭제 요청
처리 정지: 특정 개인정보 처리의 정지 요청

제8조 (쿠키 사용)

서비스는 인증 및 세션 관리에 필수적인 쿠키만 사용합니다. 추적 또는 광고 목적의 쿠키는 사용하지 않습니다.

제9조 (만 18세 미만 이용 제한)

서비스는 만 18세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 18세 미만의 이용자가 개인정보를 제공한 것을 인지한 경우 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.

제10조 (준거법)

이 방침은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

제11조 (방침의 변경)

이 방침은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 중요한 변경 사항은 서비스 공지 또는 이메일을 통해 안내합니다.

This English version applies to all users outside the Republic of Korea, whose payments are processed via Stripe by LNP83 PTE. LTD. (Singapore).

1. Introduction

Reading Your Love ("the Service") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

Email address
Password (stored in encrypted form via Supabase Auth)
Social login provider ID (if using Kakao or Apple login)

2.2 Profile Information

Nickname
Gender
Date, time, and location of birth (used to generate Reading content)

2.3 Partner Information (for certain Readings)

Nickname
Gender
Date, time, and location of birth of the person you are inquiring about

2.4 Payment Information

Payment amount and virtual currency (Carrot) transaction history
Payment processing is handled by Stripe for international payments. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment credentials.

2.5 Usage Data

Reading session history
App usage logs (for service improvement)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide and personalize the Reading service
Process payments and manage virtual currency (Carrots)
Send account-related notifications (e.g., email verification)
Improve the Service
Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Your data is stored on servers operated by Supabase (United States). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and storage of your data in the United States.

4.2 We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with the following service providers solely to operate the Service:

Deletion: Deletion of your account and associated data
