제1조 (가상 재화)

서비스는 앱 내 가상 재화인 "당근(🥕)"을 사용합니다. 당근의 환불에 관한 조건은 다음과 같습니다.

제2조 (청약철회 및 미사용 당근 환불)

2.1 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라, 당근을 구매하였으나 리딩에 사용하지 않은 경우 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 청약철회 및 전액 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

2.2 환불 요청은 계정 이메일 주소 및 결제 내역과 함께 readingyourlove@gmail.com으로 이메일을 통해 접수해 주십시오.

2.3 승인된 환불은 영업일 기준 3~5일 이내에 원래 결제 수단으로 처리됩니다.

제3조 (환불 불가 사항)

다음의 경우 환불이 불가합니다.

리딩에 사용(전부 또는 일부)된 당근
구매일로부터 7일이 경과한 구매
보너스 당근 (구매 시 추가로 제공된 프로모션 당근)
이용약관 위반으로 계정이 정지된 경우

제4조 (부분 사용의 경우)

당근 패키지를 구매하고 일부만 사용한 경우, 사용된 당근은 환불 불가합니다. 미사용 당근에 한해, 구매일로부터 7일 이내에 요청 시 기본 단가(보너스 당근 제외) 기준으로 환불이 가능합니다.

제5조 (리딩 콘텐츠)

리딩 콘텐츠가 이미 제공된 경우(화면에 표시된 경우), 해당 콘텐츠는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따른 디지털 콘텐츠의 특성상 청약철회가 제한되며 환불이 불가합니다.

제6조 (서비스 오류로 인한 예외적 환불)

서비스의 기술적 오류로 인해 콘텐츠가 정상적으로 제공되지 않은 경우, 관련 증빙과 함께 문의 주시면 개별 검토 후 환불 여부를 결정합니다.

제7조 (환불 요청 방법)

readingyourlove@gmail.com으로 아래 내용을 포함하여 이메일을 발송해 주십시오.

제8조 (준거법)

이 정책은 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」을 포함한 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.

1. Virtual Currency (Carrots)

The Service uses an in-app virtual currency called "Carrots" (🥕). The following refund conditions apply.

2. Refund Eligibility for Unused Carrots

2.1 If you have purchased Carrots but have not used them to access any Reading, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2.2 Refund requests must be submitted via email to readingyourlove@gmail.com with your account email address and payment details.

2.3 Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Carrots that have been used (partially or fully) to access a Reading
Purchases made more than 7 days prior to the refund request
Bonus Carrots (promotional Carrots provided in addition to purchased Carrots)
Accounts suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Service

4. Partial Use

If you have purchased a Carrot package and used only some of the Carrots, the used portion is non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only for the remaining unused Carrots, calculated at the base rate (excluding bonus Carrots), provided the request is made within 7 days of purchase.

5. Reading Content

Once a Reading has been delivered (i.e., the content has been displayed to you), it cannot be refunded, as it constitutes a completed digital service.

6. Technical Failures

We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical failures directly attributable to the Service that prevented content from being delivered. Please contact us with evidence of the issue.

7. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to readingyourlove@gmail.com with:

Your account email address
Date of purchase
Amount purchased and number of Carrots
Reason for refund request

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
